|Recommended: YesPretty Good — Overall, I would say this place is pretty ok. I have a couple of maintenance issues. But so far they have been as quick as possible to fix things. Hope it stays this way. Also, the layout is pretty nice. Just needs a little love and can call it home.

|Recommended: YesIf you have low income — Honestly, it's better than getting an apart that only has 1 room and charges 860 for rent plus all these other bills. Water, internet, electricity etc.
At axis you'll pretty much will be looking at under 500 for pretty much everything.
