|Recommended: YesParent of resident is HAPPY — As the parent of a student resident, I could not be more please with this propert and staff. Upon initial moving in they were jumping in to help us with our unique needs. Our apartment upgraded at one point to a remodel and we have experienced a great promotion on our second lease. We are entering our third lease and doing what I can financially to accommodate staying on property. Thank you all for taking care of us as best possible.

|Recommended: NoNot much good — I’ve had issues with poor communication from staff, maintenance taking forever, dirty grounds, should have more visitor spots and at least another trash can
We’re working on improving communication with our staff and will continue to address maintenance requests as quickly as possible. We also understand your concerns about the cleanliness of the grounds and are looking into ways to enhance upkeep. Regarding visitor parking and additional trash bins, we’ll take this into consideration as we explore ways to improve our community.

I’d especially like to praise Sarah, the Leasing Consultant, for her outstanding service. She is always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She continues to go above and beyond to assist residents with any concerns. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly makes a difference
The customer service is exceptional—the management team is always approachable, friendly, and quick to resolve any concerns. They genuinely go the extra mile to ensure residents feel comfortable and well taken care of.
As for the property itself, the grounds are well maintained, and the common areas are consistently clean and well-kept. It truly creates a welcoming and homey atmosphere. Overall, I’m very satisfied living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, well-maintained, and professionally managed place to call home
